How it all works

Our approach will involve sending customized emails in volume to decision-makers at highly sought-after digital businesses, such as e-commerce companies, tech startups, app development firms, and digital agencies. Our targets will include but not be limited to Founders/CEOs, Heads of Product, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Design Officers, Creative Directors, and Directors of UX.

No other businesses will be included in the emails – only your personalized case studies, previous work links, and contact information. These emails will come from a personalized business email address. Most freelance creatives and creative digital agencies don’t reach out to businesses directly in the most effective way, so you would be standing out from the crowd.

Here’s an overview of what we handle:

  • Tech Set Up  – we use a diversified tech stack, which means that we use multiple domain providers, email providers, and sending tools to never let a change with one tool interrupt campaigns: Domains, Emails, Email warm-up, Domain record setup & Spam moderation
  • Prospect List building – we do this in-house manually to allow more filtering and overall higher lead quality
  • Email script writing – All our scripts are 3-6 emails long, and generally very targeted to one specific segment in order to have the highest chance of converting. All our scripts are sent to you to review before we send them out in order to make sure they best represent your business and offer.
  • Inbox management – we handle the responses from interested businesses and then go ahead and set up discovery calls that land straight into your calendar on your behalf. We’ll continue to follow up with any lead indicating interest for as long as you work with us.

The time it takes to set up our first email outreach campaign is around 14 days. During this time we will:

  • Collect information needed about your business
  • Collect examples of previous work you have completed to leverage in outreach campaigns
  • Create a strategy for your campaigns
  • Have an onboarding call to familiarize you with our system, and also talk about strategy
  • Get approval on targeting details, and build out your prospecting contact lists
  • Write scripts for your campaigns and get approval on each

On average our first positive reply comes in 6-7 days from the campaign launch.
