How it all works
We’ll handle all your incoming enquiries, expertly craft and manage personalized outbound outreach campaigns, negotiate deals, and take care of all the nitty-gritty management tasks. This way, you can stay fully focused on your core strengths – producing outstanding content.
For the outreach campaigns, we will send targeted emails at scale to Influencer Marketing Managers, Social Media Managers, and Partnership Managers who work at highly desirable brands in your niche.
No other creators will be included in the emails – only your personalized content links and contact information. Most creators don’t reach out to brands directly in the most effective way, so you would be standing out from the crowd.
Here’s an overview of what we handle:
- Tech Set Up – we use a diversified tech stack, which means that we use multiple domain providers, email providers, and sending tools to never let a change with one tool interrupt campaigns: Domains, Emails, Email warm-up, Domain record setup & Spam moderation
- Prospect List building – we do this in-house manually to allow more filtering and overall higher lead quality.
- Email script writing – All our scripts are 3-6 emails long, and generally very targeted to one specific segment in order to have the highest chance of converting. All our scripts are sent to you to review before we send them out in order to make sure they best represent your creator business.
- Inbox management – we handle the responses from interested brands and either negotiate deals on your behalf. We’ll continue to follow up with any lead indicating interest.
Time Frame
Fast-track your brand deals
Once we set up the systems to begin managing your inbound enquiries, the time it takes to set up our first email outreach campaign is around 14 days. During this time we will:
- Collect information needed about your creator business
- Collect examples of previous sponsored content from brands you have worked with to leverage in outreach campaigns
- Create a strategy for your campaigns
- Have an onboarding call to familiarize you with our system, and also talk about strategy
- Get approval on targeting details, and build out your prospecting contact lists
- Write scripts for your campaigns and get approval on each
On average our first positive reply comes in 6-7 days from the campaign launch.
